Not built yet. The droplist — domains approaching deletion, with backorder bids placed against them before they drop — is a separate system from the auction engine and none of it exists here.
Its rules are recorded: a backorder bid expires after 30 days, or if a caught domain is not submitted for sale within two weeks of being caught.
